The flat is exactly as advertised. Very clean and comfortable. Terrific location, though it can be noisy with the windows open in the day. That did not bother us one bit, and we always had the windows open. It's in the centre of a European city. Of course there is noise. The falt is well-outfitted. One issue, which was reported but ultimately not dealt with was the spotty wifi. It could be great, but it could also be painfully slow or not there at all for short periods. For us, it was a frustration. For someone trying to do work remotely it would be a didaster, so I would confirm with the host that this has been resolved. Otherwise, we loved it!

More often than not, the online photos look better than the apartment. In this case, the apartment blew us away!!!
Fantastic, beautiful, newly renovated, chic, well appointed, well stocked, and very thoughtfully laid out apartment with lots of natural light and in a very nice and welcoming building.
Everything worked well - appliances, bathrooms, showers, appliances, air conditioning.
The Alhambra and Sacromonte are ~ 30 minute walk away. The Genil River and passeo is about 4 minutes away.
The Coivran supermarket is about 3 minutes away, and the Carrefour about 8 minutes. If you want [IMHO] excellent and authentic churros/porras - ~ 10 minute walk to ¡Que Porras!
Urtune was amazing - before, durung, and after our stay. She met us onsite - that was a very nice personal touch.
We loved Granada and when we come back, I would absolutely stay here again.
Our best VRBO in Spain! Highly recommended!
