Very impressive property with all amenities and more. Host checked in several times to make sure we had everything. Definitely recommend and will be going back!

My wife and I chose Villa Marina Cristal to celebrate my 65th birthday with our family (six adults and two infants). The host, Margalida, welcomed my family warmly and surprised us on our arrival with delicious Mallorcan treats of pastry (ensaimadas), fresh fruit tray and local Spanish wine to enjoy. She was responsive and helpful in providing pre-trip guidance and recommendations for local restaurants and chefs. She, also, checked in during the week to ensure we were enjoying her home and offered additional assistance to make our stay even better. Margalida is an outstanding host. The villa and its many amenities lived up to the description and photos. It has everything you need for a fun and relaxing holiday. The living space of the home was spacious and bright. Our family had fun in the pool and fully enjoyed the lounge and entertaining areas. The villa is a short 200m walk to the beach and Palma boardwalk plus provides a vista for beautiful sunsets from the second and third floor decks. The apartment was located in the old part of Palma: near everything, it was also flawlessly clean, well heated, equipped with everything we could need during our stay, and decorated with taste and delicate touches. The hosts, Angela and Santi, were welcoming and thoughtful. They also were very flexible, accepting an early arrival and late departure to accomodate our flight schedules. The only drawback was that when we arrived, the taxi driver dropped us at the wrong address (Carrer del Mar instead of Carrer Porta de la Mar), causing a stressful delay. We mention it so that future guests may be mindful of this possible confusion. Orherwise, everything was perfect.

This villa is the perfect place for a group of friends looking for a spacious and clean space with a backyard that includes a pool, lounge chairs, a large hangout patio with a BBQ, beach towels, and even sunscreen/aloe protection for the sun. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare meals and the fridge comes stocked with juices, milk, cold cuts, and snacks. The living room is spacious and includes a comfortable couch, large dinner table, and a smart TV. The bedrooms are all very clean and well equipped with clean sheets, bath towels, pool towels, and storage closets. The bathrooms are all very clean with enough hot water for 6 people to enjoy long showers. The property has fast Wi-Fi and a large smart TV with Miracasting and chrome casting. One recommendation is to install a sound system for better audio fidelity. The pool is a bit chilly but great for morning swims. The property is located in a quiet cul-de-sac with ample street parking and is 10-15 minutes away from the beach by foot. The number 25 bus is conveniently located nearby and takes you into the old city center. Almudena, the host, is lovely and gracious, making herself easily available through WhatsApp to answer any inquiries you may have. Quiet time is required after the pool lights shut off at midnight due to close neighbors. Overall, this property is flawless and highly recommended.

This property worked very well for our family of 3 generations (my husband and I, our son and his 2 adult sons). It is in a great location - we walked into Palma regularly and there are restaurants and a grocery store very close if you don't want to walk that far. There is also a regular bus into the centre of Palma. It is also a block from the sea and a wonderful walk along toe seaside. All in all we were very happy!
