Vacation rentals near Campanet Caves

This is not the standard rental villa but has many personal touches by the owner who lives there part-time. It was the home of Pollensa artist, Dionis Bennassar and his artwork makes this villa unique. Our group of 8 (4 couples) enjoyed the layout of the villa, outdoor and indoor space offering both privacy and social time. The 4 ensuite bedrooms were spacious with comfortable beds and quiet for sleeping. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, cutlery and glasses, ideal for preparing group dinners. We especially appreciated and did not expect the well stocked pantry (paper towels, toilet paper, cleaning supplies, etc) and the separate garage for storing our bikes which had bike supplies and tools. The pool area was fantastic and peaceful surrounded by a beautiful garden. Wifi worked great if you have to check in with work. Craig and his team were very responsive to questions before and during our stay. The villa handbook was useful and we had no issues during our stay. Thank you Craig for making our holiday so memorable. We would love to return!. We highly recommend Can Bregat!!

We stayed at Debbie’s place for 4 nights in early July 2023. The communication with the host was super easy and fast. We received in advance the information about the check in the parking and as well places to eat in the area. Puerto Pollença is a great base. Plenty of restaurants in walking distance and the beach is at 5 mn of walk. We did not eat lunch or dinner at the appartment, only breakfast but the kitchen seems to have everything you need if you want to cook. There are 2 balcony but we did use one of the balcony because on the other one you hear the sound of the road. The area is great it is residential so you sleep very well no sound in the appartement. At the time we were in Mallorca,outside it was 35 degrees Celsius so very hot and in the apartment we kept the AC at 24 -25 degrees and it was perfect. We slept very well. I would recommend that apartment and would go back if we ever we come back to Mallorca.

My husband and I stayed in Villa Jacelia for a week in October 2021. This is a new listing with a new owner. Despite having not read any previous reviews, we decided to rent anyway because the photos seemed to have everything we were looking for. The house and property is magnificent! It is in a residential area but you feel as though you are away from everything - it is so private. The occasional sound of a dog barking reminds you that there are neighbours around you. The interior is beautifully designed and very spacious. There was only 2 of us so we did not use the lower level or the upper level - the master bedroom is on the main floor. The large exterior is well maintained and with various seating areas. The gas barbecue was clean and easy to use. The pool is large (we did not use it - too cold in October) but we did have access to the hot tub. Unfortunately, the temperature of the hot tub could not be regulated and thus it was either too cool or far too hot to use. A great addition if they can figure out the temperature settings - we did not have access to changing the temperature as it had to be done by the caretakers. There is even a forest area with a small fish pond. There was a minor problem with ants but that would happen anywhere in Mallorca. Our hostess, Valerie, was always available to respond to any needs that arose and was very helpful in providing recommendations for sightseeing and restaurants. The house is not located close to anything so a car is definitely required. It was quite a drive to get to most things. Overall, we loved our stay at Villa Jacelia and would love the opportunity to return.
