Vacation rentals near Cala del Tio Ximo Beach

This property has everything. The design of the townhome is so fun and livable. The 4 balconies have wonderful views. The upper living room is so bright and spacious. The view from the upper terrace is so charming. We had a glass of wine while we were watching the sailboat races. The kitchen is great and well supplied for cooking in. It was stocked with condiments, tea, coffee, paper towels plenty of toilet paper, dish washing liquid and plenty of dish towels. The bed was very comfortable as was all the furniture. The location in incredible, you can walk everywhere and get everything you could possibly need. Cannot say enough good things about this home. We were very sad to leave. Guido was so helpful and checked in on us to make sure everything was going well. We plan to return

A very over the top place to stay . Extremely comfortable, quiet , close to everything. Beautiful dishes and wine glasses. There is an extra touch added that makes a very big difference.

Ángela and her family were absolutely wonderful. Their accommodation is the best…from the beautiful finishing in their apartment, to the private parking, to the location… with a lovely uncrowded beach out your front door, to the warm welcome we were given during our stay. We were so lucky to have found this listing on VRBO, and left feeling like family. Thank you for putting up with my poor español Angela! :) We miss you and Altea already! If you are looking for a place to call home for your time in Spain, do not hesitate to book…we drove from Valencia to Cartagena along the Spanish coast, and nothing came close to Altea and this property. And the fireworks show in August, along with the towns celebrations and parades were absolutely beautiful. Thank you so much Angela for making our holiday to Spain perfect in every way!
