Maria was incredible and made the experience so great, she’s a wonderful person and was so helpful showing and telling us about all the beautiful things to see in Valencia. The property was clean and beautiful I’d definitely recommend this property to anyone travelling to Valencia you can’t get a better location 👏

Perfect place for 1 or 2 guests if you want to be close to the beach with a 15-20 minute tram access to the old city (tram stop is a 3 to 5 min. walk away). Kitchen is small but well equipped. Owners and their contact person are kind and quickly available (We had a hydro issue that was quikly resolved). Neighbourhood is quaint, out of the hustle and bustle of the city, with coffee shops, bars, tapas places, etc. We enjoyed our stay and would go back.
