Greenwich vacation rentals

We liked this property and will come back again. The only disappointments were a leaky kayak and a mattress that was too soft for our taste. However, if you prefer a soft mattress, it could be a bonus for you. Additionally, we noticed that the AC was struggling to maintain a comfortable temperature, but it was acceptable.

From the moment we drove onto the brick driveway with my family of 10 and into the magical home we loved running around looking at this beautiful home from the living room to the kitchen, the patio that looks into the gorgeous pool, the park tress swaying in the breeze, to the boardwalk sided with conch shells, into the beautiful canopy by the ocean, and you finally can stop and breathe and think “holy is this real?”. The ocean front was just wonderful and so relaxing, I’ve never seen such clear and blue water in my life. My family had made memories here that will last a lifetime at grace on the bay. I want to give a special thank you to David and his family for the opportunity to have such an amazing family vacation along with Mary and all the other kind staff who helped us with everything that we could possibly ever need on the vacation, they were so attentive and reassuring with every need that came up especially with setting up taxi drives from the airport to the ferry it made the trip less stressful and more relaxing and we will forever be grateful for the warm welcome. This was our second time to Turks and first on North Caicos. Compared to Provo, North Caicos is much quieter and less-developed but with the same beautiful beaches. Our host Kathy and house managers Wilfred, Deloras and their son Deshawn were all great and very responsive. The house itself is spacious with 4 bedrooms. One of the rooms has its own exterior entrance and is perfect for someone who wants a little more privacy. The house has a large greatroom and a very large screened-in porch which is where we spent most of our evenings. The property is located directly on a beautiful and very private beach. Some days we didn't see another person. The location is excellent and very close to the very upscale Parrot Cay. This property is a perfect place for those travelers who want a quieter location where they can spend quality time with family. We have taken many family vacations but I can honestly say this one was the best.

The stay started with Mac, the island manager greeting us at the harbour and escorting us to the house. Mac is very sweet and really helpful. The white sandy beaches in front of the cottage can't be beat... we walked in both directions (5,000 steps each) and swam in the warm ocean. We saw a couple of dolphins pass by as well as a hump back whale breeching beyond the coral reef! Amazing! The house itself is comfortable, and has just about everything you need for the stay. Comfy bed overlooking the sea. Cindy, ( the owner) was always quick to reply to my messages and was very receptive to my suggestion to get a few more kitchen items to enhance future guests' stay. Having the pool is a huge bonus to have a quick cool off. If you want a relaxing, comfortable stay on the beach... this is the place! We will be back.

The property is exactly as the pictures portray. My friend and I were looking for a location away from crowds where we could spend some quiet time relaxing and celebrating our partners birthdays and this home provided us just what we wanted. We were fortunate to have a mild breeze almost every day and so the mosquitoes didn't really bother us except for one day where it was quite still. Bring bug spray! We also went at a time of year when there was quite a bit of seaweed but a short walk along the shore towards Pelican Beach resort and the beach there is seaweed free. And the hospitality from Regine was among the best we've had at any rental. She is very responsive to all our questions before we arrived and even while we were there when we wanted tips. The handy booklet on the property gave great info. All in all this is a gem of a place to stay.

We are returning from 11 days at Emerald Estate. The owner was very easy to deal with and most accommodating. The check in instructions were extremely clear - no need for the host to be there at all - yet she was always an e- ail away if necessary. The house is luxurious and very clean. A/C worked great ! The house had everything you could need - literally ! Lots of privacy being at the dead end of the peninsula.Lots of room.Only a six minute drive from Horsestable beach - which is gorgeous. Bring walking sticks and take a hike from the house along the beach until you reach horsestable beach in one hour. Having a car is a must ! Would highly reccommend this home for anyone.
