We had an amazing stay at this property. There were 4 couples for 5 days. The home had all the amenities you could ever want. Location was great - close to the beach, airport and many restaurants. We'd definitely stay here again!

We were two couples and this villa was the perfect layout to meet our needs. Very clean and attention to detail. Beds were comfortable, outdoor dining & pool were very convenient. The kitchen can use a little upgrade but was nonetheless well stocked and clean. Very nice stay and the hosts were most helpful.

We were there for two weeks and this rental surpassed our expectations! It is located in a quiet residential area. The kayak and paddleboard were great! We kayaked out to the ocean and found a little beach we could hang out at.The owners were great and very responsive to messages.Thank you again for sharing your lovely home!

As first time visitors to Turks and Caicos, we couldn’t have asked for anything more in a vacation property. The Aqua Bella was even better than the photos, it had everything we needed. Very spacious, clean, fully equipped kitchen, comfy furniture, beautiful decorated inside and out with the lovely gardens. The location was perfect for a private yet easily accessible stay on the island. The beach area and waters are so welcoming, and the house was well equipped with kayaks, paddle boards, chairs, etc. The local property manager was so welcoming, informative and responsive to our needs. We would love to return!

We just got back from our trip to Turks and Caicos and had an amazing stay! We went with 4 adults, 2 toddlers, and an infant. The house is so spacious and open with lots of outdoor space for our little ones to play. We felt safe the whole time and Margaret and her management team were wonderful and easy to work with. We highly highly recommend the Sea Breeze!

From the moment we drove onto the brick driveway with my family of 10 and into the magical home we loved running around looking at this beautiful home from the living room to the kitchen, the patio that looks into the gorgeous pool, the park tress swaying in the breeze, to the boardwalk sided with conch shells, into the beautiful canopy by the ocean, and you finally can stop and breathe and think “holy is this real?”. The ocean front was just wonderful and so relaxing, I’ve never seen such clear and blue water in my life. My family had made memories here that will last a lifetime at grace on the bay. I want to give a special thank you to David and his family for the opportunity to have such an amazing family vacation along with Mary and all the other kind staff who helped us with everything that we could possibly ever need on the vacation, they were so attentive and reassuring with every need that came up especially with setting up taxi drives from the airport to the ferry it made the trip less stressful and more relaxing and we will forever be grateful for the warm welcome. We had an amazing time in TCI & this property was perfect for us! We were travelling with our daughters & some of their friends. They were able to have their own space, which was perfect. The view of the ocean & sunsets from all of upstairs was perfect. The kitchen was well equipped & has everything we needed & more. Some of the outdoor furniture was a bit tired, but overall we had a fantastic stay.
