Excellent place to stay. Two minute walk to DLR. Boat was clean and modern with everything you need. James was a great host.

This is a beautiful, comfy, cosy home, quick walk to the tube with links to everywhere in the city, felt very safe. The decoration is stunning the sofas are big and comfortable, its warm and inviting and we almost didn’t want to leave each day to go sightseeing and visiting. So many books and guide books to look through. Everything is of an extremely high standard, would absolutely love to stay here again. James was super to deal with, immediate friendly responses. Just Perfect !

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The home is very well set up for a short or long stay. Complete kitchen. Very pleasant, peaceful, and quiet back garden. Comfortable rooms. Very convenient to public transportation and an excellent local grocery store. We would certainly stay here again.

We were a family of 10! Two grandparents, four parents and four teenagers. Jubed’s place worked out perfect for us. We were easily able to get there by connection from train arrival at Kings Cross and depart using the tube to Heathrow on the Piccadilly line. Each time we walked to and from the tube station with our bags in less than 10 minutes. Jubed was a delight to work with and very helpful throughout. We kept very busy in London using our London pass. Also one of the men working at the tube station was very helpful and advised the best way to use the tube is pay with Apple. We had bought daily passes, but he said Apple is cheaper. It would take about 25 minutes by tube to get to the Thames, but sometimes we liked to take the bus and enjoy the view, that took about 50 minutes. We were able to enjoy breakfast and pack lunches. We generally ate out for dinner. One time we ate at a local Brazilian restaurant. There were four of us and the servings were so big we could have probably fed the 10 of us. I spent 9 nights at this beautiful 1 bed penthouse apartment whilst I visited family in Thorpe Bay and it had everything I needed - and more! Samantha keeps this apartment to a very high standard and I really appreciated the overall cleanliness and the comfort of the furnishings as well as all the little extras she provides - fresh flowers on the dining room table and staples in the fridge and freezer. She certainly sets the standard for this 5 star rating.

We enjoyed having our own outdoor space. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. Nice to have good appliances and lots of room to unpack. Also enjoyed the towel warmer in the bathroom
