Lovely cottage on beautiful farm in idyllic countryside. Very welcoming host, very comfortable and well equipped accommodation; incredibly quiet at night; walking trails galore, seaside close by, nearby ‘farm store’ for provisioning. Highly recommend!

Very quiet location. Dusty and cobwebs. Poor internet. Well stocked kitchen. Very comfortable bed. Opening and closing the gate to the drive was a nuisance especially in dark or rain.

Home base for seeing extended family.

My Mum and Dad recently stayed at Helen's property in Tenterden. I made all the arrangements for them as they are elderly. Right from the get go, the booking and communication process was seamless.. Helen was responsive and replied often within minutes. Knowing my parents had such great access to the host in the event they needed something was very comforting. The property was just as described and shown in the pics. It was clean, quaint and well appointed. The wifi was strong so allowed us to "whats app" with no issues from Canada. We would be happy to stay in Helen's property again. Many thanks Helen for being a great host, the scones and jam made for a lovely welcome.
