Our stay was simply lovely. We loved every aspect of the house. It was comfortable and charming and we could most ever where.

Enjoyed our 5 day stay with Jackie and Chris. Excellent hosts gave us a lot of information on what to visit and restaurant recommendations. The studio was lovely everything was perfect. Would recommend to anyone wanting to spend several days in the Charleston area. Lots of birds visiting the lake rgularly especially the Eagles.

We had such a fantastic stay with girlfriends at this property in Charleston. The house was well appointed, clean upon arrival and as described. The rooms and bathrooms were all great size, perfect for sharing and spacious enough for a larger group. The beds were comfortable and the finishings were all beautiful - a very well renovated spot. The location was walking distance to corner stores and restaurants, and a short cab ride to the main strip. It was also easy to access roads taking you to Sullivan’s Island and Isle de Palms. Arrival and check out was super simple, the home felt secure, equipped with cameras, etc. Highly recommend this as a place to stay for a fantastic girls getaway!

The tiny house was just perfect for my solo trip. It had everything I needed in a small footprint. Brian left uncomplicated instructions to best utilize the space and some great recommendations for visiting the area. I went to Bowens Island Restaurant, Crust Wood Fired Pizza, Fort Sumter, Cypress Gardens, the Charleston Museum, the Joesph Manigault house, the Heyward Washington house, an eight house tour centered on Charlotte Street and a basket making course through the Historic Charleston Historical Foundation. I had my first ever oyster at The Quinte Oyster Bar with great instructions and enthusiastic encouragement of the staff and the couple seated next to me. One sunny morning I went to the beach on Sullivan's Island. On the way to and from these activities I hunted for vintage items at as many local antique markets as I could fit in. With so much to do in the area I was only at the tiny house in the evenings, but it felt like home when I got there. The neighbourhood is quiet and friendly, I slept well every night I was there. Thank you Brian for providing a great little place to stay in Charleston.

We had the best time renting this home in Isles of Palms. It was fully stocked, very clean, and even better than how the listing was portrayed online. My only suggestion would be to move the noise monitor, as this was above the kitchen island where everyone congregates. A few times we were notified of the noise levels, and you couldn’t hear us outside of the home. Other than this we had a 10/10 stay! Thanks for accommodating us!
