Vacation rentals near Hope & Sunrise Museum

A huge thank you to our host for the great stay at Chuck’s Base Camp. The property is spotless, and it was equipped with everything we could possibly have needed. It’s a huge space and it was more than enough for the three of us. Our host was very responsive, always getting back to us right away. We couldn’t have had a better experience, thank you so much!

This unit is perfect. We had a later check in, everything was exactly as stated plus plus plus. Our bed was so comfortable there was adjustable features for my husband who is mildly disabled. The washroom OMG amazing walk in shower was HUGE, all the amenities you could ask for. We had asked for a few extras, Alison accommodated as she was able an all around great hostess. Thank you for making our first trip to Alaska a memorable one.

We enjoyed our stay! We were a family group ranging kids to grandparents and this place had enough space for our group and all the amenities needed! Easy check in. We hope to be back!

Spotlessly clean, comfortable, quiet, and perfectly set up; this place had everything we needed. Normally all my teenagers want to do is explore, hike and stay out all day. This was the first time I’ve ever had them asking when we were going back to the VRBO. It’s just so comfortable and relaxing. The backyard is beautiful and inviting and there are mountain views! The mountains are literally at the end of the street. Very Alaska. We wish we could have stayed longer. Check in and check out are 10/10 and the nicest and most helpful host you can get.
