Exceeded our expectations! The accommodations were first rate. Heated pool and spa with phone app control made enjoying the backyard comfortable and easy. Patio area with outdoor TV, large BBQ area, and comfortable furniture made outdoor eating a delight. Chipping/putting green was a bonus to use prior to our golf rounds and for fun with our toddler grandson.Bedrooms were roomy and the common area was spacious and well decorated with comfortable furniture and a huge TV! Kitchen was well equipped for preparing meals and included 2 fridges (one in the garage) for all our food and beverages. This home was super clean, and had more than enough room for all 8 of us!We were close to restaurants and shopping and also lots of hiking trails nearby. The portable coolers that were provided at the house were super convenient for us when we went hiking and to the zoo!The hosts were very accommodating to our family’s specific needs and we truly had a great time at this home and the surrounding area!Thanks Shannon and Russel!!!

The beautiful property (which includes an amazing backyard pool, spa, and covered patio) had everything our young family of 4 needed, and more. Our 4.5 and 1.5 yr old boys loved the pool and spa, which were the perfect size for us! The heated option was very nice and allowed us to spend multiple hours in the water each day! The property was only outdone by how wonderful and helpful Gayle and Jim were! They provided excellent local recommendations and even helped us out when we locked ourselves out by accident. We'd highly recommend this VRBO to anyone visiting Phoenix. Also, dont be discouraged about the location! Goodyear is a very nice area with an amazing rec center very close by and lots of restaurants! We were also able to take the I-10 into areas loke Tempe, Mesa, etc. without any issues! 10 out of 10!

Great experience overall. Pool and spa were great after golfing. Well stocked house with everything we needed. Owners are very responsive as well, thank you.

my husband and I wanted to spend extra time with our university age children over their Christmas break. The house fit us all comfortably. The pool was heated each day which was awesome because of the cooler temps in late December early January. Check in and and out were stress free. The hot tub could use some maintenance as it smelled quite strong of mildew.
