We enjoyed our time at the Grand -- lots of golf and pickleball. The house worked very well for us; great location and Dan was a terrific host. We caused some damage to the garage door and he was very easy to deal with --- helped us get it fixed asap. We had a problem with the shower handle and Dan arranged for a plumber immediately.

The area felt very safe. The home was very comfortable and well stocked. We biked in Sedona a number of days so the location of the home was perfect. The location to amenities like groceries, drug stores, etc was great. I would definitely stay here again.

Very happy with our stay in the Sun City Grand community! Four beautiful golf courses to choose from, each within a 5 min drive. Truly a golfer’s paradise. The home was a treat to come home to each and every day.

I was on my own for 4 wks until my family joined me. Home is well maintained and close to grocery markets, Pharmacy, general shopping and Surprise Stadium where spring baseball training games happens. My family and I enjoyed both the heated pool and sauna.

This home has everything you would require for a great getaway to Arizona. A well appointed kitchen, comfortable beds, a golf cart for running around the neighborhood, full laundry facilities…really everything you could ask for! The big plus is its location in The Grand, a beautiful 55+ neighborhood in Surprise. The house is walking distance or quick golf cart drive to the beautiful pool and recreation facility. The community is quiet, safe and offers all kinds of amenities. We used the walking trails daily in and around the community. It is a quick 5 minute drive to shopping and restaurants on nearby Bell Road. We stayed for a full month and thought it was a really great home to use as our base for our Arizona adventures!
