We really enjoyed staying in Denver’s place for 2 weeks. Walking distance to long beach. It was very clean and beds are super comfy. Very well appointed, the host has provided for any supplies you might need for kitchen/dining, bathroom, laundry, and beach. Very convenient to have the parking garage as street parking is busy. We would definitely stay again.

This was a family vacation. There was lots of room for the 3 families and grandparents! The beach in front of the place is amazing. The kitchen is very well stocked with everything we needed. Loved our vacation here.

Stayed for 4 nights in Nov'2024. First great impression - owners are responding within minutes, and are willing to accommodate requests as much as possible. Location is excellent, with a fantastic view from the balcony and from the room, as well as with many paths to walk around Redondo beach, to explore the Pier, and to enjoy variety of food/restaurants/cafeterias around the place. Property has everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The only thing - and probably it was me who missed to read it in the description - the washing machine and dryer are located in a common room and is shared. Not a big deal, thought, as owner has provided a pre-paid card to use it. In overall, I would definitely recommend it, and would choose it for our next trip to LA.

My wife and I spent four nights at this property as part of our vacation. Our adult daughters joined us for the last night. We were surprised by how quiet the area was. The beach was a virtual ghost town, mostly because families choose the bay side with its more lake like feel. The only people on the boardwalk seemed to be locals walking their dogs or out for a run. Kim was very welcoming and helpful, often saving a parking spot for us when she saw one open and knew we’d be needing one when we returned. Accommodations were adequate, who stays at the beach to hang out indoors anyways? Outdoor space was fantastic and mostly shaded. Would absolutely stay again!

One of the best locations near tower 40. Not having the boardwalk outgrowth was perfect for the kids to play in the enormous sandbox out front. The ocean was a short walk, very short and ideal for a young family. The location is perfect and is on a bike path out front and a short distance from the waterfront path. All the amenities you could ask for are provided and the house is very well appointed. My only suggestion is it would make more sense for our family to have the living room where the dining room is set up. We are looking forward to our next visit.
