Vacation rentals near Monarch Grove Butterfly Sanctuary

Our family had a great stay in this lovely home. We were able to walk or ride bikes to downtown and the beach and it was a short 10 minute drive to Monterey. and Pacific Grove. You can also shop to your hearts content in downtown Carmel with its many stores and galleries. It is a great spot for exploring the area.

As per all the reviews, this property did not disappoint. It is a very cozy stay in a great area and a quiet neighborhood. The cottage is well stocked with everything you need to make you feel at home. We loved Carmel as well and highly recommend this cottage if you are planning a trip to the area.

Cleanest one I have ever rented. Appointed with everything you would need, however, walking location is so great we ate out every meal. A grocery store literally across the street. Perfect for travelers who arrived by air. The penthouse itself was spacious for 4-6 people. Gorgeous wrap around deck. Elevator a nice touch for getting bags up to penthouse. I hate giving it 5 stars because I selfishly want it to stay a secret as I intend to rent it often. Thank you for a great visit.

Lovely cottage, comfortable, clean, great location, in a charming Carmel neighbourhood. Our family of three adults enjoyed long ocean side walks, hiking in several state parks between Carmel and Big Sur, and a seaside walk in Monterey.

A dream come true to stay in a cottage on the Pacific watching whales and sea life. The cottage was utterly charming.

The Carmel Cottage was amazing. We stayed for five days for a family wedding, and it was the perfect setting. Lots of room, great sleeping arrangements, easy kitchen to work with, and the two bathrooms made our stay even easier with wedding prep. The Cottage has such charm and the outdoor area was a lovely place for family to gather. The location is absolutely perfect for access to the beautiful beaches, markets and traveling to places a little further out. Booking, check-in and out was very easy. I highly reccommend the Cottage for a lovely stay in Carmel.

The best part of this property is the incredible ocean views. An extremely clean and luxurious property, great for a relaxing group vacation.

I would highly encourage folks to take advantage of this property if you are in the region.
