Vacation rentals near Arden-Modjeska Historic Site

This was a family vacation. There was lots of room for the 3 families and grandparents! The beach in front of the place is amazing. The kitchen is very well stocked with everything we needed. Loved our vacation here.

This property is fantastic. I would suggest a shower head that comes off the wall so guests could rinse down the walls. The shower head should also be a little higher. My husband is 6feet and found it just a little difficult to get washed.

This property was exactly as described. My family had a great time and enjoyed our proximity to the ocean and the Balboa Pier. Check in was easy and Jessica answered any questions I had very promptly!

We totally enjoyed our stay in SC. Riki was a perfect host. Loved being in a neighbourhood, rather than a resort. Felt very safe, close to food, groceries, gas, beach, sunsets, relatives. Quiet neighbourhood, beautiful flowers, cacti everywhere. A variety of age groups, loved that. Great tv selection. Everything worked well, appliances, plumbing, etc. Great neighbours.

Our daughter is a university student in the area and we wanted to escape Canadian winter and also spend a few days of her spring break with her. This beach cottage was perfect. It was comfortable and cozy and in the most beautiful little town. We were so glad to be able to prepare and enjoy our own meals while enjoying the sunset over the balcony. The house was stocked with everything needed and was perfectly clean. We loved being able to take towels and chairs down to the ocean each morning—watching the surfers while sipping coffee and digging our toes in the hot sand. Sam Clemente felt quiet and sleepy in comparison to the other beaches we went to this weekend. It felt like it could be home and this retreat offered everything we needed to pretend that it was.
