Kim has thought of everything! The place is not big, but everything has a spot and it's really organized. She provides a list of things to do in the San Diego area. There were many toys for my 3 year old to play with. The tv's were easy to use which was nice! I have multiple chemical sensitivity so scents really bother me. This place was great. Kim washed everything without detergent for bedding, and used baking soda and vinegar for the rest of the cleaning. I didn't have any issues.

This is a beautiful property inside and out with a great location. The bed was comfy, the kitchen well stocked, and the outdoor space was lovely. The location in Old Town is fantastic. We will be back and we highly recommend!

Kim's an excellent host. The apartment is equipped with everything you might need during your stay (and I mean EVERYTHING - the only thing we didn't find was sunscreen). Especially useful was Kim's list of cool stuff to do around SD.
The location is very convenient and practical for both local drives and accessing the hwy's and Seaworld.

Well appointed home with a lovely view over the old town. Easy for two couples, as the kitchen and living room separate the bedrooms and bathrooms. Tasty Margaritas are just a short walk to the Old Town … where you can also pick up public transportation to Little Italy and the Gaslight District. We had a wonderful stay and our host was very accommodating!

Wow…what a wonderful place. Steve the host was fabulous. The place was so cute and spotless. It was literally just across the street from Old Town. Which makes it only minutes from almost all San Diego hot spots. Loved our stay. If we ever return to the area, will stay here again.
