La Cabana vacation rentals

We had a wonderful stay at Sandyland - the suite was lovely, sparkling clean, well stocked and renovated beautifully with comfortable beds, great kitchen and living area, pretty patio and all that you might need for your stay with many thoughtful touches from the snacks waiting for us when we arrived to the awesome beach cart. The pool was great and the beach and ocean just steps from the patio. Michael was extremely helpful, kind and responsive - we would highly recommend staying here :)

Fantastic rental close to the State Beach, with excellent communication, assistance and recommendations from the Owner. Kids loved the pool and separate bedroom. The perfect spot to relax, explore & surf in sunny and friendly Carpinteria.

Overall fit our needs perfectly! Close to beach, State Park, walk to Linden stores. Wish we could have stayed longer!

Beautiful pool and gardens. Very dated decor, dirty cookware and mattress. Dark. Noisy upstairs. Broken, old furniture.
