Right from the start of booking with Mark everything was incredibly smooth. The advertisement was accurate the pictures were 100% accurate. The communication was always prompt and friendly, I added my mom to the list of people staying with us last minute and he accommodated her very quickly. Even the pool guy cleaning the pool was so friendly and gave us great suggestions of things to see and do. It was myself, husband and 4 teenage kids plus my mom who stayed here, I must say the pool table was a huge hit with the kids during our evenings and of course the beautiful heated pool during the day. From the moment we entered the house it felt almost spa like. I would 100% stay here again and look forward to the day we can return for some R&R. Thank you so much for trusting us with your property!!

Our large family (14 in total) came from Canada on vacation. We had more than enough space to sleep, relax, share meals together and swim! The pool is amazing! The kitchen is fully equipped and very spacious! The location is great! Everything you need is a short drive away! We had an amazing time and hope to come back and book again!

We spent a month at Cynthia’s place to relax and enjoy golf in the St. John’s area. The condo was clean, spacious and very well stocked with easy access to golf, shopping and activities in the area. The lockout portion of the unit was perfect for visiting family. The Lattera complex and pool is well maintained and offers a few different pool options, a fitness centre and easy access to golf at the World Golf Village. Looking forward to returning in 2025.
