My wife and I rented your unit for a week in March 2025. It was bright, clean and in a wonderful location..... a short walk to Beach Drive and The Pier! Wonderful place! Wonderful stay! Thank you!!

Three of us stayed for one week in February. The home was immaculate. We enjoyed the swim spa after long days of shopping and the beach. Everything down to the plush blankets and French press was impressive. It was a pleasure having things like beach towels, bags, coolers, chairs…available to use during outings. We had a group of 8 stay here for a week in March. Grandma and grandpa, family of 4 with kids 11 and 13, and also another couple and there was plenty of room for everyone. Lots of TVs in the facility and excellent TV programming. House was very clean, neighbourhood is quiet. Lots of room in the driveway. We had 2 cars. Pool is nice and warm. There is a lot of foliage in the area so leaves fall in the pool. They had a pool man come and clean it multiple times during our stay. It was no trouble at all. We will definitely rebook this great location.

Thank you, Mike and Eva for having the perfect VRBO home for our family of 11. It was simply amazing to have the ability to fish right off the dock, everyone caught fish, every day. We loved the pool, and the grandkids spent hours in there. We would have her dinners outside and watch the kids swim for a few more hours while we relaxed on the patio. The houses, a beautiful ranch style, and has so much room for a family of 11 The location was great and we were able to travel easily to Saint Pete’s and Bradenton and Santa Maria Island.
