The Pelican Home was absolutely perfect! We were overwhelmed with the cleanliness and how well the home was stocked with essentials. The pool was awesome and very safe for our children. We enjoyed fishing from the dock area. Our host Rich was a great communicator.

We loved our stay here - Clifford is an amazing property owner and host. Very communicative and he provided us with so many touches like the beach wagon, beach umbrella, beach chairs - it really made our stay so much better. He also provided great restaurant and day trip recommendations like Doc Ford’s Seafood for example. The area is recovering well from the hurricanes but Cliff’s place is completely in good shape.

Enjoyed our 5 day stay in this cozy home with refreshing salt water pool in quiet area. Only few minutes drive to beach. Beach parking (paid) was ample if there early (8-9 weekends, before 10 weekdays) or after 3 pm. Beach towels, chairs and umbrellas conveniently available (Host +/- prior guest supply) at the home for use but recommend checking functionality of latter before heading out. Good to go with mix and match of several on site. Rentals also available at beach if desired/preferred. For those new to visiting Florida rain/thundershowers more common in July and during mid-late afternoon. Lots of food options and shopping along nearby Tamiami Trail, especially Estero region. Host very and promptly responsive to queries throughout stay.

Ingrid's home is even more amazing than in these pics!!!! Extremely clean, well organized, stocked with all kitchen necessities and in a very private location. We really enjoyed our time and she was always available if necessary and went out of her way being helpful and a wonderful host. Also enjoyed playing ping pong and hubby enjoyed catching bass off the deck........Natalie&Dwayne

Owners were great and easy to communicate with. Area is definitely recovering from the hurricane as expected and we really felt for the locals. Well stocked house. The outside area and pool/hot tub was AMAZING! We spent the majority of our time out there. Some bedrooms are connected and need to be walked through to access a bathroom so works best for close family arrangements. Enjoyed our stay:)

Everything was as advertised. The property was clean and more than spacious. Everyone was very pleased.
