Great spot to get away too. Close to beaches, stores, and parks. Good for anyone looking to get away from your busy everyday life. Was great with our 2-year old, took him down to the beach almost every day. Just be wary of the roosters, they make noise all day and night.

From start to finish, everything was perfect. We were lucky to stay here for three weeks - days of exploring, hiking, helicopters, boating - then the pure joy of coming “home” to our cottage and beach to swim and snorkel. Outdoor hot shower the best! Location on the north shore ideal, groceries and restaurant and weekly farmer’s market nearby. Highly recommend !!!!

We loved this house and it’s location. We will stay here again. The location was perfect for whatever we needed from groceries to takeout pizza to easy access to Hanalei Bay or Anini beach. Having the games room in the garage was perfect to keep our two actively boys busy on the rainy days. The homeowners were very responsive and provided great tips for hikes and restaurants in the area.

We had a fabulous Kauai vacation and stay at this immaculately clean little cabin just across the road from the beach. A full kitchen had everything we needed to create delicious ‘catch of the day’ dinners, with fresh fish picked up at the nearby fish market. We loved sitting out on the patio watching and listening to the waves. Any and all questions we had were attended to quickly and effectively. Bob and Suzi provided everything we could possibly need for a very enjoyable stay. We loved our evening sunset strolls along the beach and were blissfully rocked each night by the ocean waves. We didn’t spend much time swimming or snorkelling at Anini beach due to weather conditions being rainy and cold most days. However, its never a far to drive to find sunshine and calmer waters on other parts of the island, and it did clear up near the end of our stay. Please note many people camp along this beach overnight all throughout the year as permitted, and so there are some who seem to be living out of their vehicles as to be expected with this opportunity. However there is much reduced activity of this on the beach in front of or near the cabin. At no time did we feel unsafe, and we quite enjoyed our stay. The house is adorable, it was great to have laundry facilities after coming over from the big island, we were able to wash all of our clothing. We would absolutely consider staying here again. The North side of the island, despite the weather was our favourite. It is beautiful, lush, mountainous and all around healing. We had many adventures during our stay from Monk seals and sea turtles, whales and dolphins, cave boat tours, waterfall hikes and snorkelling, no adventure is too far from this sweet place! Thank you dearly to Bob and Suzi for an absolutely wonderful stay and sharing their sweet little home on this beautiful beach with us! Mahalo! 🙏💙

What a wonderful time we had ! Everything was perfect, the house was amazing with beautiful views and a wonderful relaxing vibe. And it has everything you could need while on vacation. It’s as if your best friend gave you the keys of his house for the weekend. It’s gonna be our reference from now on , and it’s gonna be tough to beat.
