Vacation rentals near Houmas Plantation & Donaldsonville

This is the second time staying at this property in six months, and I can’t wait to go back again! Not only is it beautiful inside and out, but the owners are phenomenal, and have excellent customer service. The perfect place for some R and R.

This large home is very unique on spacious grounds and I would stay here again. The host/manager was very communicate leading up to the stay and during the stay. The property has modern appliances but is an antique home. The Kitchen and Bathroom have been remodeled and are very nice. There is a large detached theatre room and wet bar and a separate cottage with a pull out bed and bathroom. We enjoyed coffee on the massive front porch with rocking chairs and a large front lawn. The map showed a different location than the actual, so it was a little confusing finding it but the manager met us there to make sure we found it. The A/C was not working on the first floor of the home but the manager quickly brought a fan and it was repaired ASAP the next morning. My family would enjoy staying at this property again.
