We were so impressed with the property and with the host. We felt very safe in the neighbourhood and when being in New Orleans we saw a few of the other places we looked at and were so glad we stayed here. We love history and learning about different cultures, we aren't big bars and clubs so this was perfect for us. It is on the end of the streetcar line so it is easy to get places. It was a quiet area and we were there on July 4.
Our host was amazing. Brad helped us feel comfortable and answered our texts immediately. He had great suggestions and was friendly. This property and the host were one of the highlights of our trip for sure!

Great stay at a lovely house in a great neighbourhood. Close to street car, grocery store and bank, iconic Maple Leaf Bar and Jacques IMO’s. Also Camilla Grill and Cooter Browns. Also close to the Audubon Golf Course. Can’t get any better than that!

This property was only a short walk to our preferred Oak Street area of New Orleans. It was very clean, comfortable, quiet, and well maintained indoors and outdoors. The host, whom we met by accident, was extremely helpful and pleasant. We especially enjoyed our morning and evening time spent just sitting on the front porch.

The house was large with beautiful wooden floors. The neighbourhood was reasonably quiet. There was parking available on site. The house provided a great home base for our trip.

Basement apartment has everything you need for a nice stay. It's comfortable for relaxing, reading, working, and taking in the sights of New Orleans. Located in a quiet neighborhood, we felt safe taking our puppy for walks at night, but conveniently located within a few blocks of the cable car that takes you downtown to Bourbon St. Hosts Tom & Jenny were easy to communicate with, and Jenny even let or puppy out when we were running late at a downtown jazz concert. We're hoping to return again next year.

Exactly what we were looking for. Close to Tulane University and equipped with all you need for an enjoyable stay. Owner Alex was very attentive to our requests and easy to deal with. Street parking with no issue at any time, quite neighborhood, close to some restaurants. Would for sure stay there again.
