Well equipped, beautiful location

It does not take long after meeting Carol and Steve and walking through the cottage to understand why there are so many 5 star reviews for this cottage. It seems to us that they have stocked and furnished the cottage as if they were intending to live there themselves. The views are amazing and are even better than the pictures suggest. Carol and Steve were very helpful and kind. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Had an excellent stay on the cove at Barbara’s place. Check in was easy breezy, Barbara was easy to communicate with and extremely welcoming. It was evident right away how much love has gone into the cottage and how much effort she puts in to make for an excellent stay. We were greeted with a nice welcome note and fresh flowers on the table. It’s bright, beautifully decorated and warm. Kitchen is well stocked, lots of towels and blankets and a great little set of games. All in all, can’t imagine staying anywhere else. It’s a very special place.

Wow! Everything was great! David and Paula are amazing hosts, very kind, knowledgeable and super helpful if needed . We were very comfortable, plenty of room for the four of us, super clean, and beautiful gardens to enjoy! If I could I would have given 10 stars! We had such a lovely, peaceful stay at this oceanview cottage in the sweet town of Belfast. Quiet, clean, well- stocked. We had great views of the ocean, sailboats, some distant 4th of July fireworks. Loved the beach access and screened porch. Everything we needed was at our fingertips. Better stocked than most rentals we've stayed in. Close to amenities and sites of interest. Belfast had cute shops and great food. Enjoyed Young's Lobster Pound. Shout out to their amazing staff! Excellently cooked seafood. Though we should have taken Pamela's advice and brought a couple sides, drinks and wine. ;) midway between Camden and Bar Harbour. Just perfect! We had a beautiful time in this cute little cottage.

Loved the true old style feeling of the home. Had thoughtful upgrades to make it more comfortable including a comfortable bed, pillows and linens and extra blankets for the foggy mornings curled up with a coffee. Very well appointed, welcoming. Severalcomfortable lounging spots to read; especially liked the cozy 2 person chaise on the screen porch and the hammock. The views and the beach were marvelous. Just so you know- Not completely private; right of way to beach -next to house in classic colony style of old ME summer homes. Owners and neighbors are lovely too!
