I was in a book lovers paradise. If I wasn’t so interested in the outdoors I could have happily stayed in with their library. But the outside beckoned, the apartment is on Main Street with access to restaurants, bookstores, beautiful boutiques and the Damariscotta wharf. Sandpiper Cruises, a local river touring company, is minutes away. They take up to 6 out the river for oyster tours.

Staying at this cottage was the perfect beginning of our honeymoon. Everything was so clean, organized and couldn’t be more cute and cozy. Loved sitting outside watching the sunset and exploring the area. The cottage had everything you could need.

Rebecca is the most responsive and friendly host you will ever interact with. She had suggestions for every query and the “cabin” is really more of a cozy and 5* lovely apartment right by the water! The rock pools each day bring new surprises and provide endless hours of discovery for kids and adults alike. The area is quiet and peaceful and a short drive from the most quaint little seaside towns. I couldn’t recommend this wonderful stay more, and guarantee you will feel rested and relaxed after your stay at this most wonderful place!
