Our stay was absolutely perfect! The house was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable for our family. The showers had plenty of hot water, and the modern appliances were easy to use. Everything we needed was available in the house, making our stay even more enjoyable.The location was fantastic—just 54 steps from the sea, right across the street! This was truly appreciated and made our experience even more special.We highly recommend this place without hesitation!

This was the third season that our family has stayed at this beautiful property. The addition of a second refrigerator in the garage is so terrific.....makes meal planning so much easier. The conversion of the garage into a game room will come in handy as the grandchildren grow up. Olivia is just wonderful and responsive. The property location is fantastic as we walked down the beach and into Ogunquit then continued to the Marginal Way. It's about 2 hours round trip by foot with a stop for an iced coffee in Perkins Cove. The dual porches are one of my favorite features of the home. It was a hot week so I would take the little ones to play on the front porch in the shade in the morning hours then head to the huge ocean front deck for a sunny afternoon on the water. My family cannot wait to return next year!

We had a wonderful stay, everything was perfect! The house is located on the third line but you can hear the waves at night and it's only a two minute walk to the beach so very easy to come back to the house if you forget something or need to go to the bathroom.. lots of beach chair, games, wood for the fire pit...we were all very happy and impressed! This was the first time we rented a house near Ogunquit, and it was so fantastic that we will make this a new family tradition! We absolutely loved the location, the pebble beach can be spotted from the Marginal Way. The house was so clean upon arrival. The beds are super comfortable. Even if it rained most of our time there, falling asleep to the sound of the waves and the changing views of the sea every day were what we came here for. I truly hope to come back!

If you are looking for a relaxing getaway from the city, this is an ideal location. It has everything you could wish for: tremendous views of the lake, a private deck with bbq, fully equipped kitchen, tvs in every room, pool table and karaoke, endless amount of towels. The owners answer your questions in nano seconds if you ever have any. It is perfectly located 20 mins from the mountains and 30mins from the ocean. Would certainly come here again and recommend it as a top notch 5 star VRBO property (can we rate more than 5? Let’s give them 6*).
