Vacation rentals near Barnstable Superior Courthouse

I stayed for 3 weeks in September at this Condo. The views are spectacular because of its location. It was quiet and private and an ideal spot as a base to explore the Cape on day trips. The owner was very responsive and very good to deal with. I would definitely stay again.

We enjoyed our stay! Property was clean and had everything we needed. Location is great for walking, not too busy, and central to local restaurants and shops. Access to deck with ocean view was nice to sit and relax. Property owner was very responsive and helpful in providing advice on sites and restaurants. We would recommend.

This is a lovely place, very near to a very nice beach. The cottage has everything you may need. It is extremely clean and very well equiped. Scott (the owner) is a lovely person, who took care of us and was great!!! He gave us very nice tips where to go and what to do. Do not hesitate, if you wish to be in a cottage in Cape Cod...this is the place!!! we will be coming for one week during the fall...

A late April getaway was enhanced by staying in this lovely cottage. It was wonderful ‘coming home’ to after a busy day exploring Cape Cod. The cottage is cosy and clean with a well-equipped kitchen - exactly what we want in a vacation rental. Communication was timely and efficient from start to finish. Thank you, Tom!

Our cottage was just perfect for us 3 senior sisters.Loved the view of the beach so near to us.And our walks along.The area was very peaceful . We were able to navigate by car easily to see the sights and explore the restaurants for that delicious seafood.Stephens instructions were good. And he was available when we needed his advice.All in all a lovely stay.

Everything about this house was absolutely incredible from the views to the kitchen to the bedrooms to the comfortable layout of the entire place! We were able to work together all week and enjoy long walks on the beach. We had an incredibly relaxing time. The view on one side of the house was the ocean and on the other side with the salt marsh which was just unbelievable. There were windows in every room and wraparound deck. Many thanks to Susan we so appreciated her hospitality!
