We really enjoyed our stay at Alpha on the Lake. Check in was easy and the entire house was very clean and comfortable. The setup is really good because there is plenty of room inside (nice game room and spacious family room) if the weather is bad and a deck, dock and boats if the weather is good. The host is responsive and has obviously put in a lot of time and effort to make your stay enjoyable.

The drive in to Jackson county was beautiful and the property is open and serene. The sunrise and sunset are clearly visible from the front and back of the house where the hot tub is (which was amazing!) Matthew was an incredible host; so accomodating and hospitable, anticipating all your needs and making you feel at home right away. This is a rec room with two beds and ensuite bathroom, a projector, bar and minutes from Wolf Lake, so there is so much you can do during your stay with friends and family (including work if you need to because an office setup is also available!) Everything was clean and provided for us and if we needed anything, Matthew was on it before we could ask. Highly recommended stay and will definitely be booking again. Thank you for making our stay so memorable!

The lake house is very comfortable and was well equipped. The owners obviously care about their place and their guests. We were 5 minutes to Chelsea and its wonderful restaurants and shopping. Spectacular mountain biking on the DTE Energy Trail was just a short drive (or bike ride) away. This was our fourth trip to Chelsea, and our third rental in the area. This place comes out on top - lots to do and the best location you could hope for.

We really enjoyed our stay at this spacious lake front home. Gail and Neil were very responsive and accommodating hosts! The bedroom and bed set up was perfect for us and our son's family with 3 boys. Gail allowed us to have a family wedding there and even facilitated delivery/pickup of tables/chairs etc. The bride decending the staircase and the vows in front of the large stone fireplace were perfect! The main open space accommodated 20 of us seated and then eating and the buffet, served from the extra large dinning table made the event seamless. The kitchen is modern and well equipped. There are cozy spaces to get away and relax. The hot tub was a big hit! We were there in November so did not use the lake or outdoor spaces but they were lovely to view. Thank you Gail and Neil for the easy and generous checkin and checkout times.
