Vacation rentals near Las Vegas Academy of the Arts

Large bungalow on large lot with walled private backyard with pool, waterfall, hot tub, putting green, multiple bedrooms with individual baths, expansive central kitchen, gigantic granite island, large extended dining room area, large family /entertainment area. Well maintained. Good value.Easy in/out.

We really enjoyed our stay! Communication was quick and easy, the yard is gorgeous and the kids enjoyed the pool. The house is nice and large and had everything we needed. Would definitely stay again!

Awesome property. Was perfect for conference we were attending. Perfect if you are looking for something off strip but with easy access to everything.

The room was exactly as it was portrayed on the VRBO site. Excellent value ! The staff were all very polite and helpful. Our room was large with a jacuzzi tub and separate shower. The suite was as clean as it could possibly be. The location is superb! You can’t compare it to a regular hotel room because it’s far superior for the price! One of the best perks of The Signature is that once you leave the bustle of the MGM Grand casino area…. It’s QUIET! There are no slot machines or gaming of any sort throughout The Signature buildings. It’s nice to be able to get away from the craziness ! Swimming pools aren’t crowded and there’s a good little breakfast/lunch style of restaurant within the complex as well. I only had a couple of questions for Mark , the owner, and he replied within an hour or so. Overall I recommend staying here 100% !

This was a beautiful house with all the amenities. One of the best we've rented on VRBO. Close to everything, yet in a quiet neighbourhood. Amazing pool and yard. Highly recommend.
