Enjoyed our 5 day stay with Jackie and Chris. Excellent hosts gave us a lot of information on what to visit and restaurant recommendations. The studio was lovely everything was perfect. Would recommend to anyone wanting to spend several days in the Charleston area. Lots of birds visiting the lake rgularly especially the Eagles.

We had such a fantastic stay with girlfriends at this property in Charleston. The house was well appointed, clean upon arrival and as described. The rooms and bathrooms were all great size, perfect for sharing and spacious enough for a larger group. The beds were comfortable and the finishings were all beautiful - a very well renovated spot. The location was walking distance to corner stores and restaurants, and a short cab ride to the main strip. It was also easy to access roads taking you to Sullivan’s Island and Isle de Palms. Arrival and check out was super simple, the home felt secure, equipped with cameras, etc. Highly recommend this as a place to stay for a fantastic girls getaway!

We have already rebooked for next year so that should say it all. My husband and I went to golf before the season started in Canada. There were many affordable courses within 10-20 minutes. Jane was an extremely responsive host for the few requests we had. We were so lucky to find this spot and hope to return yearly. The porch is amazing, the house was spotless, the quality of beds, bedding and towels were 5 star. Location is beautiful and a short walk into town. If you are lucky enough to book it, enjoy!

The tiny house was just perfect for my solo trip. It had everything I needed in a small footprint. Brian left uncomplicated instructions to best utilize the space and some great recommendations for visiting the area. I went to Bowens Island Restaurant, Crust Wood Fired Pizza, Fort Sumter, Cypress Gardens, the Charleston Museum, the Joesph Manigault house, the Heyward Washington house, an eight house tour centered on Charlotte Street and a basket making course through the Historic Charleston Historical Foundation. I had my first ever oyster at The Quinte Oyster Bar with great instructions and enthusiastic encouragement of the staff and the couple seated next to me. One sunny morning I went to the beach on Sullivan's Island. On the way to and from these activities I hunted for vintage items at as many local antique markets as I could fit in. With so much to do in the area I was only at the tiny house in the evenings, but it felt like home when I got there. The neighbourhood is quiet and friendly, I slept well every night I was there. Thank you Brian for providing a great little place to stay in Charleston.

It was so fun staying at a house that was built in 1860. The wide planks for the flooring and the high ceilings. Loved that it was walking distance to the downtown area. It was fun to imagine all the generations of people who walked across the floors. Would definitely recommend based on location if you want to experience old town Summerville. Host was very attentive and made our stay smooth as silk.

If you want to reconnect with your family and feel like you are home then this is the place for you. The Welcome Basket was just what we needed upon arrival. We unpacked put the fireplace on and then took our glass of wine to the sprawling covered porch and put our feet up!! The kitchen had everything you needed. The bath robes made us feel like home. We loved the 30 minute drive to beautiful Charleston. My husband made a fire almost every night. Our host responded within minutes to any questions we had. They even gave us some great advise on local restaurants!! The Guest Binder explained everything from the tv remote to the best pizza!! Would highly recommend these lovely ladies home anytime.
