Mattresses in twin and master rooms need to be replaced as they are creepyThe lighting needs to be seriously addressed. Need bulb on the microwave Hot water takes forever to warm up. We were 4 hikers who needed daily showers and laundry

There is so much I loved about this place. The spaciousness of it, the absolute cleanliness, the comfort of the bed, the walk in shower - all wonderful for our 3 night stay here. It was convenient to everything we needed/wanted in town and most places were a short walk. It quieted down in the evening - less traffic. When I saw the earplugs and the eye masks on the nightstands I was concerned. There was morning noise when the trash truck came by 2 of the 3 mornings we were there, (nothing more than at home) and the light coming through the blinds was, well, invasive. I carry my own eye mask when I travel making the light a non issue for me. Bring your eye mask and enjoy the convenient location and cleanliness of this charming "home base" while in Moab.

We were two families coming to Moab for biking. This location is clean and safe, has easy bike storage, and is very central to the trails we rode. It also has a bike park across the street, bike lanes to downtown and the grocery store, and lots of space for four adults and four teens to live in for a week.

Very comfortable home with all the accommodations we needed! Beautiful decor and excellent location. Will be back!

We arrived late, driving from Salt Lake City. We were tired and didn’t feel like shopping so the breakfast items and snacks were a god send. Beautiful place, close to everything we needed. Sue was amazing and got back to me immediately when I had a question. Lots of privacy and a super comfy bed! Had everything we needed. We loved our stay. Will be back again.

Great house and great location to town. When I come back to Moab I will definitely try to get this house again.

My wife and I stayed here for a week while hiking and biking around Moab Loved the bike shed. It was the perfect secure spot to leave our bikes when we were not riding. The unit has everything you need to prepare meals. Lots of room to hang out inside and out. I would stay here again.
