The location was perfect for us. The rooms on the third floor were quiet and private very clean. The bed was quite comfortable. Martin, the host, was courteous and genuinely helpful. Adding another reading light so there is one for each side of the bed would be an improvement for the room.

Stayed at this location Dec 10-14 while in DC for two Christmas concerts. We had and excellent stay and everything was as good as advertised. No problem giving this listing a five star.

Thoroughly enjoyed our trip to Washington DC.
Restaurants, subway and grocery store were all within a 10 minute walk from the apartment. Great location overall.
Apartment is only accessible via a narrow spiral staircase, so is not easily accessible for all.
