Highlands Reserve villas

We have rented properties in the area for years and this home has been our favourite. It is close enough to the parks to get there easily and allows for mid-day breaks. The neighborhood is quiet and safe and everything you may need during your stay is close by. The home is clean, comfortable, and tastefully decorated. The pool is perfect for the whole family. We hope to stay here again in the future!

Our stay was great. Photos of the house were accurate. Communication with management was great. Quick response with the couple issues that arose. Location was great with ease to access major roads, shopping and tourist sites.Would rent the house again.

We had a wonderful stay at this home! It’s clean, comfortable, and has everything we need for a relaxing vacation. The location is perfect, with a setting sun view that's ideal for unwinding by the pool in the evening. Looking forward to returning again soon!

Everything was as advertised. Great spot with a real hot tub. Perfect for golfing the surrounding area.

My Husband and I stayed at the Flamingo Oasis for one week. The home has a beautiful aesthetic. The pictures are 100% accurate, however, it is much more beautiful in person. The pool is heavenly. The pool area at night with all of the lights, the living and kitchen area, as well as the master ensuite is gorgeous. The master king bed is very comfortable. There is a mattress topper/sponge on it. I highlighted the comfort of the bed as going all day back and forth to Orlando and walking around surely made us tired and that bed was a blessing to come back to. The master ensuite is very large and spacious, it has a functional layout. The other bedrooms are very nice as well, but we did not use them as it was just my Husband and I. The home is very clean and excellently maintained. The location is excellent, very beautiful, and very quiet. Such a peaceful place to come back to. Other little nuance details that we appreciated is that each light switch is labeled! Very convenient. Turning on the lamps, nook lighting, and tv cabinet lighting at night is very cozy – especially with the backyard lights and pool lights on at night. We value a cozy atmosphere so I highlight that for anyone else who does as well. Communication with Paul and Mary was prompt and they were so helpful, offering extra information and tips to help us on our way. Communication with the rental villa was prompt and succinct as well. We could not have asked for a better place to stay. Thank you Paul and Mary!

We stayed for 30 days with friends and family. The home was in a great area with many things very close. Golf course across the street, Publix a short walk, Tennis/Pickleball court a short walk as well as a large pool. Owners were fantastic to deal with, very responsive to questions and the home had exponentially more items to get you started with your stay than any other home we ever rented. Highly recommend this home.

The check-in process was easy (just put in the door code the owners sent us). The house has plenty of room for groups and families. Two main bedrooms connected to bathrooms, and more bedrooms decorated in Disney themes for kids. We asked to have the pool heated (Service which was reasonably priced) for our stay. We enjoyed the effort that was put into ensuring that we had everything we could want during our stay: The kitchen was stocked with plenty of cups, plates, cutlery, etc. We played some pool, golfed on the local golf course, met some friendly locals, were just a short drive from DisneyWorld and 1h15 min drive from Clearwater beach. There were some beach chairs available for us to use. We also saw some high chairs and things that we didn't need but would be useful for any family looking to vacation in the area.

Place was beautiful and clean, very well maintained. There was 6 of us that stayed comfortably, 4 adults 2 kids, with lots of room to spare. Close to lots of amenities, Disney and Universal. Communication with host was A+, response times were immediate. Would highly recommend if looking for a relaxing place to stay.
