South Forest Beach villas

Island house is a fantastic condo on the second floor. Everything described in the VRBO website was exact . The place was very clean and the furniture was excellent. The beds were fantastic and pillows were great. Everything worked very well and the one item we wanted for our long-term stay was a mop for the floor. The owner got one to us within 24 hours. What made this place very special was the free Pickleball courts just a few blocks away. We met many new friends and had a blast. Heading the other direction is the beach with many beach bars and great people to talk to. The condo does not have a balcony, however it does have a very nice pool with brand new lounges and chairs around it. It’s very sheltered and makes an excellent suntan location for the snowbirds. All in all can’t say enough about this place. Ross from Canada.

Property is as depicted - clean, bright and well appointed. 15 minute walk to the beach, restaurants and other amenities. Walls are a bit thin so if you have young kids making noise they will disturb the neighbors. Great communication with the property manager and owners. Overall a great place to stay for a small family who wants to be near Coligny Beach.

The house and host were great. We were four 50 yr old men down for golf and some good food. The house was spotless and exactly what we needed, with great location to everything we wanted. The host was very communicative and a pleasure to deal with. Had a great time!

A very well appointed condo, nice welcoming gift, coffee for the week! Everything we needed was there and easy, included bikes also a nice addition. Steps to the most beautiful beach on HH. The place was clean and modern and amazing. We had a family of 5 stay here and we didn’t feel cramped at all. Easy access to the beach and the screened in porch was a godsend at night! Would definitely recommend this getaway - and the hosts were easy to reach and super accommodating! Thanks again for the great stay!!

Loved our stay. We appreciated the quiet of the complex. The unit was well appointed and decorated nicely on theme. Beach was a very walkable distance. Host was responsive to communication. There may be a repeat visit in our future!

This property exceeded my expectations. Not only is it as pictured on the website but it has been thoughtfully stocked with everything a guest would need - lovely dishes, linens, towels and various coffees. The hosts were extremely responsive. The location is terrific and the beach out front is gorgeous. I would highly recommend this property!
