Apartamento muy bonito y acogedor, con una decoración agradable y una excelente ubicación. Buenas instrucciones y direcciones claras. En general, fue un tiempo muy agradable sin quejas.

Having 1st stayed here 10 years ago, and done shorter trips to Paris in between in hotels, we returned and regretted not coming back here instead sooner. There is room for two people to enjoy their stay and relax. The area is less frenetic than others and very well connected and central, clean and safe, with plenty nearby. From the moment you enter the building to when you sit on the balcony it is classy and what you hope for from a Parisian stay. Watch the Eiffel tower twinkle at night in the distance and plan your next vacances....

J'ai passé un séjour délicieux dans cet appartement charmant situé au cœur du Quartier Latin, un endroit que j'adore vraiment ! C'est un quartier vibrant et historique de Paris, connu pour ses bistrots animés, ses librairies pittoresques et sa proximité avec des monuments comme Notre Dame. L'hôte était incroyablement réactif et serviable, rendant tout le processus fluide et accueillant. L'enregistrement était simple avec des instructions claires. L'appartement lui-même était remarquable avec son décor vintage et plein de vibe qui ajoutait une touche unique et authentique à l'expérience. Il était impeccablement propre et magnifiquement entretenu. Pour une expérience vraiment locale, essayez le marché animé de la Rue Mouffetard et ses cafés authentiques.

Absolutely lovely apartment which was spotlessly clean on arrival. Communication was always excellent was with the PVA team. The flowers and bottle of wine and biscuits was a nice touch and most appreciated. . The beds are very comfortable and the bed linen and pillows were excellent. Bathrooms were lovely and large (especially the showers) and the separate loo for one of the bathrooms was not an issue for us. The large windows in the lounge make the room lovely and light and it’s nice to have them open and listen to the sounds of the city. The bedrooms are very quiet so no difficulty for sleeping. The lift up to the apartment is very small and only takes one person at a time. We did think the lightening on the stairs could be better but that is obviously not the fault of PVA who run the apartment but a buildings matter. The car service they run for collection to and from the airport is well worth the extra money as it is an excellent service. You are only a five minute walk from Luxembourg Gardens and a 15 minute walk down to the Seine. We used the Batobus to get round the city as it’s a lovely way to see all the sights. We also ate in two lovely restaurants. Le Vieux Bistrot in rue Mouffetard a cheese lover’s paradise and only a few minutes’ walk away from the apartment. Also the Perraudin in rue Saint Jacques which is a traditional French Bistro with excellent food and a lovely atmosphere again only a few minutes’ walk away from the apartment. There are also plenty of Japanese, Vietnamese or Chinese takeaways that are very good value and excellent food if you don’t want to cook. One we used twice was right opposite the Perraudin restaurant and the girl in there was so kind. All in all we couldn’t fault the apartment or the area. It felt very safe and very much a part of Parisian life. Would recommend it to anyone wanting a beautiful apartment in a lovely area of Paris.

We were so pleased to be able to book this apartment for our 3 night weekend in Paris. The apartment is even better than the photographs, it's true! Not only is it beautifully decorated, it's also very well equipped. Although, we didn't cook in the kitchen, it has every utensil you would need. We really appreciated the extras, such as the hairdryer and UK socket adaptors. It really is home from home, and we won't hesitate to book again when visiting Paris next time! Merci Beaucoup!
