Excellent property with quality furniture and appliances exactly as shown in the photos. Many thoughtful little touches. Having the beach just opposite was great, two beach chairs and an umbrella provided. A great view from the eighth floor with lift in the block.

I was delighted to stay in this cosy apartment in October 2023 for a week. Stepping out from the studio apartment into the delightful sunny garden with Fig, Olive trees & cacti was a real joy. There was facility to safely park the car in a carport within the grounds. The location 25 minutes from the airport was ideal for venturing to the hilltop villages or to the coast. My hosts Sylvie & Pierre were charming and expressing my love of fresh figs was treated to a jar of Sylvie’s homemade fig jam. Delicious. The apartment was clean and well equipped for all needs. Apartment was fantastic - perfectly clean and comfortable, with a welcoming host that endeavoured to accommodate all of our needs. Facilities throughout the entire complex could not be faulted, particularly the large pool that was particularly inviting. Location was stunning - beautiful beaches, crystal clear water and a friendly little town that had just enough going on for everyone. Would highly recommend this holiday for both couples or families.

The hosts are a very nice couple and very helpful. The location is good if you have a car which we did. Good access to the highway so easy to get to Cannes, Grasse, MC, Antibes, even Menton is a nice drive. About 20 min drive from the Nice airport. There is a nice grocery store a short walk away (i think its a mini Carrefour) which has all you'll need. (Its closed on sundays). There is also a nice boulangerie across from the grocery if you want the really good stuff! The flat is well equipped, clean and spacious it has a washing machine and a proper shower despite what the ad says. There was three of us including our 9 yo son but the flat can easily accommodate two couples. No a/c though but a nice breeze most nights and a great fan!. Internet and TV worked good, I could even use my netflix account to watch movies. Really nice views from the bedroom, kitchen and balcony. What a pitty we couldnt have a BBQ their like the neighbors below did. Couldnt find a nice french-pub like 'Le Beaujolais' nearby but that's the compromise you make when you choose the hills vs a flat in the city. Would recommend it to small families who like the cool calm hillside flat or anyone going to the tennis academy near by. Thank you Valery! Look forward to our next visit.
