Loved the place, loved the location. Very spacious and accommodating. I only have one gripe and that i still had'nt received my welcoming email with all the codes of entry on it, when i arrived at Bredon court. I had asked for them a few days before.. i communicated the day of travel and did receive them this time when pulling up to the security gates..I was very tired and had to re read a few times to extract the info. Small detail but i felt ill prepared and held up a car also wanting entry ..I wouldnt want to leave a review on a sour note, so other pluses. Very detailed itinerary of beaches , places to see and restaurants etc.. well stocked kitchen, very spacious rooms , id go back in a shot. Miss it already

Thoughtfully decorated and very clean apartment in quiet road in Porth. Loved the framed art work! Good location for Watergate and Newquay. Car park too tight for our car, but parking on the road was not an issue. Welcome treats of tea, coffee, milk, biscuits were much appreciated. Thank you!

The location is excellent, right by the beach and very close to good beach cafes. The property was clean, very comfortable for sitting and sleeping and very well equipped with good wifi, TV. The two outside areas are also comfortable and spacious.The only surprise was the absence of an area for wet suits and body boards but the car boot sufficed! But overall we had a wonderful week in Harlyn Bay! Hopefully we'll be back!!

Wonderful flat, spacious and so near Fistral beach with useful car parking.

The accommodation was lovely. Really clean, comfortable and spacious with an amazing view over the bay. Parking was an added bonus. Nikki was great to deal with - very helpful and responsive. I would absolutely recommend this property and would hope to visit again.

Stayed for a long weekend for my husbands 50th birthday celebrations. The apartment was very spacious, had everything we needed, was very clean and in the heart on Newquay. Host's were amazing and easy to contact if needed. Had the best weekend and would definitely book again

Excellent apartment owner accommodated our family perfectly,very good communication with owner first class
