Wonderful, comfortable property well off the beaten track. Very quiet and relaxing and an ideal base to explore the area and Healesville.

We loved our week long stay at Hoddles. It is a lovely property and so peaceful. The animals and wildlife around the property make it a really unique experience. The owners and farm manager are really helpful and friendly. Couldn't have been any better. We would have happily stayed for longer. If you like nature and peace and quiet, this is the place to be. We fed the rescue animals (sheep, cows, chicks, alpacas) and also saw the Koala and so many birds. We had the best week here - thank you!

We have just returned home from spending 2 and a half weeks over Christmas and New Year at the Gracemont property and it was all we could of asked for and more! Lucinda and Simon were incredible host and was only ever a phone call or text away if we needed them when we was in Healesville. As well as giving us great tips and places to visit for our stay before we came out to Melbourne and also whilst we was there. On arrival we was greeted by Lucinda and was shown around this beautiful house which we was all in awe of. It is very spacious and a great family home. We thought the location of the house was great, although it isn’t located in the centre of Melbourne is it only 20 minute drive away from Lilydale station where you can jump on a metro train straight into Melbourne central. It is also a perfect location for wine and beer lovers, as the town is filled with different winery’s and brewery’s where you are able to try the local produce. There is a variety of different restaurants and takeaways near by as well as having local supermarkets so you will never be stuck for dining options or provisions. We would 100% stay here again if we were to come back to Melbourne - we couldnt fault it if we tried.
