The owners, apartment and location were all perfect. We can't think of anything that could be improved on. The welcome pack contained everything you you required to start off your stay plus a few extras. We would recommend this accommodation to anyone visiting the Perth area knowing they would not be disappointed.RegardsNeil & Margaret. (Scotland)

The location of this property is fantastic. Just a short walk to the wonderful beach, easy to get to central Perth by car or train (you will need coins for the car park though!). Jeff is incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about the area. This may not be the place for you if you want to do lots of cooking in, but the facilities are great for a quick meal. Recommend this place to anyone

Would recommend this property the only thing which I would say is that a couple of sunbeds round the pool would have been great. Apart from the comment everything else was perfect

We stayed for 22 nights and didn’t want to leave! We were visiting our daughter, and the location fabulous. The apartment is so well equipped. 4 minute walk to the beach. Communication with Jules was very responsive to my messages. Jules and Sue are great hosts. We cannot wait to return

Perfect place for visiting my family. This is and was a lush house to stay in , very impressed with the size more than big enough for us 6 adults . Very quite at night and peacefully throughout the day . Will definitely recommend and will be returning.

What a great property and location. Myself and nine family members were all visiting from the UK for a family birthday. L’Oceanne was perfect for us, beautiful home and fantastic location right on the most beautiful beach. Short walk to Mullaloo Beach Hotel - bar and restaurant plus cafes Amore and Dome. Jeff and Agnes were so helpful whenever we needed it and the house is big enough for everyone to congregate together but also have private space. An absolutely fantastic holiday and wouldn’t hesitate to return

Well equipped property. Jane was a lovely host, nothing was too much trouble. Excellent location, beautiful pool. Great value for money, wish we could have stayed longer. Great value for money
