Excellent communication. Lana is a great host and seems to have thought of everything for her guests. The property is immaculately presented, well designed and cosy. There are lots of places to curl up with a book and some great areas for entertaining. It was the perfect place to celebrate our special family birthday. Loved the fireplace, upstairs tv room & balcony and outside area and table tennis. We would definitely love to come back. Highly recommend.

The house is located close to the town centre, so able to walk to all facilities. It is spacious, with all the facilities needed for a short or long stay, cosy and comfortable with some nice outside space and balcony - weather permitting. On site parking via shared drive. There are some fabulous beaches in the area, even on a grey day they look good even if you are unable to take a swim.

Myself and three friends, plus dogs, stayed in Esperance for 4 nights. A beautiful and spacious house, well laid out and equipped. WiFi great in every room and air conditioning which we used on reverse cycle once as the weather was cool. We cooked at home and the stove is enormous and easy to use. Washing machine and dryer, and a place to hang out washing. Esperance is a most beautiful place.

We had a lovely stay (2 nights) at this property and the host was excellent and very helpful. The location was great with an IGA and restaurant/takeaway just down the road and a beach a 10 minute walk away. The layout was good also and the beds were comfortable. It was not overly clean however, with cobwebs in the cupboards and there were loads of wine glasses, but only one tumbler. The oven was not great and was dirty, but there is an air fryer which made up for that. Overall it was good and we would stay again, but improvements could be made.
