The house was like a home from home.

What a place. Margaret river, the surrounding wine estates and coast are brilliant with the small town of Margaret river an absolute revelation. Roos leap lived up to its setting, the house is perfect with high quality fittings presented in spotless fashion. I can’t think how it could be improved!

We have a great weekend holiday here. Nice environment and quiet place for rest. Comfortable and lovely.

An excellently presented home in a peaceful location but only minutes from the centre of town. Spotlessly clean with high quality fixtures and fittings the house is thoughtfully designed and decorated. Communication with the owners is prompt and efficient. Very highly recommended.

The most beautiful house, perfect for a large group. We had a wonderful 5 days.

We stayed hear for 6 nights in March and loved it. The cottage has a relaxing ambiance, we loved how the colours of the building materials and furnishings reflect the natural beauty of the Karri forests and the surrounding gardens. There was a lovely surprise of a welcome tasting platter and wine to enjoy on the patio before our BBQ evening meal. Highlights were a stunning red sky sunrise, beautiful clear night skies and many different birds to identify. The cottage was immaculately presented and had everything we needed, including a very comfortable bed. The host was very welcoming but also gave us the privacy to enjoy our stay.
