Costa Teguise beach rentals

We've just spent 10 days in this fabulous villa. The pictures don't do it justice - it's airy and spacious, with beautiful artworks in all the rooms. Clear instructions were sent for access arrangements, and Maritsa, who looks after the house, couldn't have been nicer, despite her not having much English and us not having much Spanish! She did a thorough clean halfway through our stay, including the pool, which had suffered in the high winds and rain the day before. Everything was spotless. The main bedroom is huge and has an ensuite bathroom with a good shower, and our friend was very happy with the second bedroom/bathroom. There is a third bedroom, but we weren't using it, so it was understandably locked. The kitchen was well stocked with glasses/plates/mugs/utensils - do be careful if you're tall, we hit our heads on the ceiling over the counter several times, but we got used to it! Don't be put off by the reviews that say you need a car - if you want to visit the rest of the island then yes, but otherwise there are numerous bars, restaurants, supermarkets and a tobacco/liquor store all within a 10-minute walk (and we walk slowly), and being further away from the main street meant that our stay was blissfully quiet. The only tiny niggle was the lack of clothes hanging space - there was only one wardrobe available and it was half-length, so I couldn’t hang up my dresses. But it's a very minor issue, and we would be delighted to stay here again, if the owners will have us!

Villa Beatrice was spotless on arrival and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Bedrooms are airy and the lounge area is decorated in a pleasant manner. The patio has plenty of seating and a small pool. We enjoyed our stay here. A fifteen minute walk gets you to the beach and while there are a few restaurants near the villa, the greatest selection is near the beach.

absolutely loved it - lovely 1 bed overlooking the pool and sea only a few minutes walk from any restaurants and a 5 minute walk into town where you can find many many restaurants/shops etc.Paola meet us upon arrival she is lovely and couldn't be more helpful. Fully recommend the apartments so much so we have booked again

Perfect 4 week stay on this complex. Beautiful grounds, immaculately kept and the location was amazing! Local shops, beach, taxi rank, restaurants and we averaged 10,000 steps a day which passed 4 beaches and the town Already booked to go again!

Overall the apartment was really good. There was a few very minor issues that was addressed very quickly. The service and communication was excellent. The only criticism is I feel the patio garden set could be updated as it wasn’t very comfortable and very flimsy and the curtains could do to be renewed which let the look down inside. But excellent location and near all amenities.

We've been lucky to have spent a week in this villa in Costa Teguise, everything regarding the property, from communication, check-in, contact with the local support through to the quality of fittings and equipment was 1st class. Location was exactly as described - plenty to do nearby and we found some excellent places to eat and drink. Would happily recommend this property.

We stayed at Villa Ana for 3 weeks. A great location in a quiet residential area of Costa Teguise. About a 2 mile coastal walk to the centre or a shorter route is available about a mile. Plenty of taxi / car hire if you do not want / unable to walk. Playa Bastian is the nearest beach & is much quieter than the busier Playa Cucharas. €12 for two beds & an umbrella Super little restaurant for lunch La Aulaga to break from the beach, authentic tapas & friendly service. The villa is spacious & ideal for families, everything you need is here. Ana is very helpful, flexible with checking in / out & on hand to answer any questions we had. Two amazing restaurants very near - Montmatre & La Cantinetta Trattoria. We’ve loved our stay & would hope to return with our larger family in tow. Highly recommended Casa Ana! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
