A very nicely fitted out small property . just back from the road front and a bit sheltered which is nice.Comfortable stay for the 2 of us.would not suit 2 couples as second bedroom is only a single.

Perfect place to stay if looking for an airy holiday let ; close to two great pubs and a fantastic deli. Compact kitchen but with everything you need. Two good sized bedrooms, with comfortable beds, at either ends of the airy barn conversion. One en-suite and one bathroom downstairs. This can be tricky in the middle of the night. Spotlessly clean apart from very dusty main beams. Hot water plentiful with great water pressure. En-suite shower could do with a little updating as outer surround looking shabby. All other furnishings of quality. We had a great time and would definitely return.

We had a wonderful stay at this cottage in wells. It's located conveniently and is an easy walk to the town. The house was spotlessly clean and incredibly comfortable. We had been left a welcome package in the kitchen which was a nice touch. The four rooms were well sized and bed comfortable, and the bathroom upstairs and downstairs were clean. This layout is quite quirky with many different levels. The driveway parking provided was quite tight so we parked on the road outside instead. Would definitely stay again :)

Amazing house, beautifully presented, clean and very comfortable. Extremely well equipped. Spacious yet cosy. Great location. Easy access parking etc. Host communicated all we needed to know.. would definitely recommend and will definitely be returning.

We have had a really lovely stay in September Cottage. The Cottage was perfect and very well equipped. It is situated near to all the amenities and the sea. Would love to come back to visit more of Norfolk. Thank you.
