The condo is spacious, spotless, in an ideal location and very well equipped.It is very comfortable and quiet.The hosts were extremely helpful and took the trouble to check that we had all the check in details. Quick responses with our enquiries and we really appreciated that.

We had stayed at Stoneridge twice before and were excited to go back, though only for one night. Firstly the hot tub was closed for maintenance on the first day, unavoidable - but on a national holiday? It was open shortly after 10am on the second day, shortly after we left it as we were checking out at 11. However the pool should have opened at 9 but at 9.20 we had to ask reception to arrange this. The pool area had not been cleaned, leaves and debris we had to scoop out ourselves, the sauna was not on and was freezing, and had juice bottles left from previous evening. Even at 11 the pool debris had not been cleared away.Not what we expected from this resort. Disappointing.
