The property itself was stunning with incredible views. We especially liked the fact there was a telescope to view the mountain ranges. The only downside was the mammoth climb up, however the views definitely made it worth while.
Location was perfect being a few minutes drive in to chamonix central and at the foot of many mountain trails. The chalet was spacious with a well maintained and enclosed garden
Second stay at this chalet, perfectly suited our needs, 5 adults plus to kids. Plenty of space for everyone over four floors. Simple things make a stay better and three stand out, communication with our host, cleanliness of the property and everything worked from the taps and showers to kitchen appliances to the hot tub. Hope to be back soon.
Great property for a week in Chamonix. Well equipped; within walking distance of shops (supermarket; tourist office) and bus stop. Did not need the car during our stay - able to get to everywhere we wanted by public transport. Really good comunication about check in from owner.
Breathtaking view from every room and enjoyed every morning my coffee at the terrace also had 3 days in a row rain deers walking in the garden.Walking distance from Chamonix centre.
We have just returned from a great week, the chalet was great, nice and clean with everything you require for a stay. The kitchen is well equipped with spices and a few sauces sugar etc.
Jacky was very helpful to us as he knows the local area really well, he gave us advice for buses up to the ski areas. We tended to jump the number 2 bus most days and the bus stop is just up from the school around the corner. We walked into town one day and that is straight forward didn't take long at all to get there.
We skied the whole valley and had a great time, it is quite expensive on the slopes but I think thats all areas.
We brought over a google chrome and worked fine on the TV, so if you get sick off BBC news you can stream through.
But great week and Jacky was a fab host and he will help with anything you require.
Maybe we'll be back in the future.
Enjoy your stay.
Perfect mountain base for exploring the area. Had everything we needed and was a great location with lots of amenities only a bus ride away. Incredible views every morning to wake up to! Lovely little place outside main Chamonix .
