Don’t want to give 5 stars as I don’t want this place becoming so popular we can’t get booked in again! But wow for apartment wow for view and wow for communication with Josip. Nothing was too much and so friendly. If we can get in again we will 100% be back and I’m a fussy lady!!

Girls weekend

Stayed for our annual Mum’s weekend away, this apartment was the best we’ve stayed in, in the 9 years of city breaks we have done. Beautiful 5* apartment, modern and tastefully decorated, immaculately clean and all the necessary essentials in the kitchen we needed. Sabine the host couldn’t have been more helpful and easily contactable the entire stay. Will certainly be back, Dubrovnik stole my heart and the apartment is certainly where I’ll look to come back! Wonderful villa in a great location

The Villa is beautiful, large and in a great location. The beach is nearby. The fabulous Rixos hotel and beautiful parish church are opposite. The pool and sun bed’s provided hours of relaxation and fun. The stunning Dubrovnik walled city is a 20/30 minute walk away and there are lots of local restaurants. What more could you want?

Girls holiday

We had the most amazing time in this incredible villa, Everything was perfect from start to finish. A 15 minute stroll to the ancient walls with breathtaking views. We bought a 3 day pass for entrance to walls and busses costing €45. Well worth it if you struggle with walking as it’s up hill coming home. Amazing restaurants recommended by the owner of the villa. We also hired a boat through Dubrovnik Boats for the day and explored the Elaphiti Islands and had lunch on Sipan Island, fabulous restaurant recommendation by skipper and it was incredible! Not to expensive at all. We could have easily spent another 4 days exploring there is so much to do! We had a full day before our flight home and used a company called Baggage and Smile Porter service to come and collect our luggage, they brought it down all the steps and took it away for €30, each case was €15 a day. We had a wonderful day relaxing on the beach. For another €45 they took the four of us to the airport! Absolutely amazing service! Highly recommend this incredible villa! Thank you from 8 very happy ladies x

Great property and host

The property is very spacious (there were five of us) and the patio/garden was nice in the sun from late afternoon. Small shop nearby with hyper market and old town 10-15 minutes walk away. Sandra was a wonderful host, always replying instantly to any messages and even booked us taxis to and from the airport. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Absolutely Amazing 3 Bedroom Luxury Apartment in the perfect location

We have literally returned from a 10 night stay at Irena & Pero’s Luxury 3 Bedroom Apartment in Gorica (Dubrovnik). Cleaned to the highest of standards, this apartment was perfect for myself, my husband and our two son’s (aged 18 & 16). It is equipped well with everything that you would need and Irena is the perfect host from showing us round, to outlining the main attractions and eating places, to organising our airport transfers for arrival and departure. The apartment is situated in the perfect location. In one direction you can walk to the Old Town in 20 minutes and in the other direction you can walk to Sunset Beach and the Marina in 20 mins. Both Irena & Pero are lovely people and go over and above to assist you in any way they can. Thank you very much to both of you and we now look forward to meeting you again in the future to try out your Villa in Zaton Bay. Hem, Hema, Aaron & Nathan xxxx
