The house is well equipped, and very comfortable. Tedi is a great host, one of the most comprehensive welcomes we have had, with lots of ideas for exploring the area. We have a lovely stay here and would return.

Villa Ivka

Our visit at villa ivka was amazing! We were welcomed warmly by Alan, and greeted with homemade wine and grappa! He made us feel totally welcome and at home. The villa itself is beautiful and bright. Its location is perfect. We didn't have the best of weather but pula has a lot to offer for those rainy days, which meant not a single day was wasted. I would highly recommend this holiday, and can't wait to go back again next year. The whole experience was perfect!

Lovely apartment, great view, exceptional hosts!!

This apartment is better than described. Good location with easy access to Rabac and Labin. The view from the balcony, and kitchen, dining area, and living room is stunning. The host is nearby and helpful. Couldn't ask for much more. BTW, bring protection from insects (no screens on windows or doors).

Lovely house, close to old Labin

This is a well equipped house( 2 appartments) upper one with a lovely balcony for breakfast whilst teenagers still sleeping down below). Good pool and outside space for bbq and eating. Short walk into old Labin , we were lucky to be there for their festival night, classical concert in the church and did some wine tasting. 10k to Svete Marina for swimming, paddle boarding, taking out a small boat and beachside eating. Big supermarkets in new Labin, down the hill also good small local market. Host was helpful, house very clean and lots of cleaning products, dishwasher tabs etc. They brought us figs from local neighbour. Highly recommend

Very nice, quiet and relaxed

We stayed here for 11 days and it was perfect! A great place to launch from into Istria and explore. Easy to find and very quiet. Family Rudan were amazing - really helpful and attentive. The villa is very large and easily accommodated 5 of us. Very much recommend to anyone thinking of visiting Istria.
