Catalina Island National Park holiday lettings

Right from the booking process, Dayana gave us all the information we needed to make sure our stay was perfect! Our group was an extended family so 11 in total, 5 children between 5 and 15 and 6 adults including 2 in their late 70s. The location and layout of the villa were great for everyone with a good mix of twin rooms and doubles and mostly on one floor. We landed late in the evening but our greeting was perfect both at the airport as arranged and at the villa with drinks waiting for us. The villa was exactly as described, if anything even more beautiful, and the team who looked after us were great. We hadn’t done this type of holiday before with a chef and staff their to help and we had been a bit unsure how it would be but I don’t know if we will ever be able to go back to our normal villa type after this!!!! We had very few problems but anything at all was dealt with quickly and simply, even when we locked the safe and couldn’t get back in!! Breakfast was amazing each day, we sometimes did lunch but mostly just a small snack or hot dogs for the kids but the team were happy to make those for us . We had the chef cook us dinner twice and on reflection we wish we had done it more!!! Amazing food and brilliant service throughout. Cocktails were fab and they even did mocktails for the kids. Having access to the golf carts for travel made things so easy and we mostly did our own shopping which, although expensive onsite, was really handy. Next time we would definitely go to the main supermarket in town for a bigger range but it worked just fine as things were. Milagros did a great job of organising a boat for us to fish and snorkel for a day and also an excursion to swim with dolphins in puta Cana. She was so helpful, nothing was too much trouble and the holiday wouldn’t have been the same without her. The whole resort was amazing, everything was close by, but the villa and team were absolutely second to none and I can’t thank them enough for making our holiday so special. We really hope to come back again soon!! We all agreed if we could give it more than 5 stars we would have done!! Absolutely recommend this for all ages and groups

We had a wonderful extended family holiday (9 adults, 4 young children) and would highly recommend the villa. The villa itself is probably better than the pictures, especially the outdoor areas which are superb. Oscar, Alicia and Candy were all perfect hosts and the meals were delicious. The resort is very pleasant and easy to get around with the golf carts and van provided. All in all an excellent place to relax and enjoy time with your family and friends.
