Lovely dining and conservatory area with room in the garden for barbeque or alfresco dining. Clear communications from the owner and a memorable family stay, recommended !

We loved the cottage which is perfectly situated for exploring the forest. Also for great pubs. We were also happy sitting the terrace looking out on the lovely garden. Very relaxing stay

The Coach House is ideal for a large family group with generous sized rooms all through. We loved being so close to the forest and being able to walk straight out onto the path to Hatchet Pond. The house is very well equipped with everything we needed and Jane was an excellent host and very friendly and helpful. A great place to stay and highly recommended.

Father-in-law and brother-in-law stayed when visiting from New York - they found the property offered everything they needed and was beautifully kept. The welcome gifts were also very much appreciated.

The house was perfect for our extended family and a great space to celebrate Christmas. Very well appointed and kitted out. Only one thing I missed was decent sized serving bowls for our Christmas dinner… Thank you

A clean and bright little base to explore the New Forest. The location is exceptional - a short stroll into the centre of Brockenhurst and onto the Forest. Also near the train station for trains and bus connections. The train line isn't too noisy at all. We would stay again.

Beautifully presented cottage and great garden for the dog. Situated seconds from lovely long or short walks in the New Forest. Our ages ranged from 19 to 83 and the 3 of us found the whole experience very relaxing. Welcoming pack was the best I have ever received and the flowers were a lovely finishing touch. We were lucky with the weather but if it had been wet and cold the log burner would have lifted our spirits! I would love to return!

The house was immaculately clean, well-organised, uncluttered and super comfortable. It had all the essentials we needed. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would come again!
